We had some cloud coverage today in Eyjafjördur, but only a little wind and the shelter from the mountains made it a pleasant day for sailing. Especially the freshly fallen snow on the mountain tops were responsible for a breathtaking scenery. Today was another day we could spend with our beautiful humpbacks. During the morning tour we could identify 7 individuals and saw 2 more from our spot in the fjord. In the afternoon we saw a group of at least 7 whales together and another individual further out. Many times we had 7 whales all around the boat, no engines on and simply enjoying the moment. A great day in the fjord.
