Whale hello there. Today we had a choppy and cold yet sunny day as we sailed out into the fjord. Our first encounter was with a Minke whale just outside of Arnarnesvík, but as we were waiting for it to resurface, a Humpback whale surfaced on our other side as well! We stayed in the area between these 2 whales and the countless razorbills, guillemots and long-tailed ducks, enjoying the sun and the wildlife.

During the afternoon tours, we went back to the same area, but even though the Humpback was not there, we found 2 Minke whales, and one of them surprised us with an amazing lunge feed right next to us as we were about to leave.
