The weather conditions were quite similar to yesterday, very foggy, yet the sea remained calm, making it possible to spot dorsal fins breaking the surface around the boats.

During the morning tour, we encountered two Humpback whales. One individual was sighted north of Hjalteyri, while the second was Proppy, a familiar Humpback whale easily recognized by the scars on its dorsal fin, and seen again after making its return just yesterday. Proppy was spotted north of the green buoy and remained in the area for a while, allowing for excellent viewing opportunities.

In the afternoon, we found Proppy once more, this time south of the green buoy. Later, we came across the same Humpback whale from the morning tour near Hjalteyri, lingering in the same area as earlier in the day.

During our midnight tour, we first encountered a Humpback whale North of Hjalteyri. We then saw a group of Northern bottlenose whales, East of Raudavik. The weather was misty but we enjoyed the beautiful sunset.
