At last, the wind is completely gone, a bit overcast but with some pure glassy conditions. Really nice conditions to start with!

We went out and found 3 Minke Whales scattered around North of Svalbarðseyri. A pretty cool sight as they hang out rather alone most of the time. One whale was surface feeding and we had a quick peek at this one. After a bunch of encounters we have taken the chance to go further north.

It was a good call as we stumbled upon 2 surface feeding Humpback Whales, both well known to us - Disy and Proppy. They were just next to Hjalteyri.

We are hoping the get the same treatment by these oversized water puppies in the afternoon.
