Today, cloudy skies greeted us, but the thermometer definitely marked higher than yesterday at -3 degrees. The fjord was flat, and we sailed over Svalbarðseyri, where we found 2 Humpback whales resting on the surface. After having a nice, long time with them, we attempted to find something else. To the north of Svalbarðseyri, we found a sneaky Minke whale, but just a bit further south of Hjalteyri, we found 1 Humpback whale surfacing right in front of us. And guess who it was, our friend Piccolo.

But that was not all, because on the way back, we managed to find yet another Minke whale by Svalbarðseyri.
