It has been a really snowy day out here today, even more than yesterday. Visibility was not great within the heavy snow showers, and the wind was fairly strong from the north. But in some parts the sky did open up, so we could see the snowy peaks around us. and you know how the whales don’t mind the weather…

Both during our morning and afternoon tours, we encountered 2 Humpback whales in the area of the underwater mountain Gljáin. Although in the afternoon for a very brief moment, we also saw the white fang, making a total of 3 Humpback whales for the day.
