It was a wild and wet day out on the fjord. There was a fair bit of wind but it did not stop us from being out and spotting the whales. It didn't take us long for us to spot and find the whales today. We saw 3 humpback whales, two of our favourites Fjall and The Dark Knight and a new individual. We watched them surface beautifully close only a few meters from the boat. It was a bit rough out today but this just made the watching the whales all the more fantastic as they had to come up so high to breathe air free of flying water. These wonderful whales surfaced numerous times and occasionally went for a few long dives raising there majestic flukes as they did so.
