Today the weather was quite changing. First we had some light rain and some northern wind pushing the temperatures down and creating some decent slow waves. But as always the whales don’t mind the weather because we saw 2 Humpback whales in the north of Hjalteyri. One of them was our all time favourite Ískona, and this one is quite big! Around them travelling at big speed we also had some very cute Harbour porpoises. During our afternoon tours these Humpbacks had moved and split up. One of them was in the South of Hjalteyri and the other was in the North of Hjalteyri, with the addition of a very sneaky Minke whale north of Hjalteyri as well.
