Today we started the day in amazing weather conditions! The sun was shining and the the sea was super calm, both our morning and afternoon tours were pleased with the same super nice Minke whale around Hjalteyri. At times it came also quite close to our boat, taking a few breaths and then going down for a deeper dive. But during the 1300 tour 2 very brave Harbour porpoises came to say hello to us, the cutest things you could ever see.

At 17:00 the sea got a little choppier as the wind increased. We sailed towards the island of Hrísey, admiring the bautiful landscapes of our fjord in the sunlight, but unfortunately, we didn't have any sightings during the tour, so all guests were provided with complimentary tickets.
