Today the wind remained pretty strong throughout the day which made our rib tours turn around in the morning and cancel their departures for the rest of the day. But since our classic boats are more sturdy they went sailing. our first classic tour found 1 Humpback whales in the South of Hrísey and Harbour porpoises scattered acros the Fjord. However, our second morning classic couldn’t find any cetaceans today. But luckily the sun came up and the scenery and the birds gave us a very pleasant ride despite the wind.

After lunch one of the classic tours found a sneaky Minke whale South of Hjalteyri. And our second classic whent once more to Hrísey where the Humpback whale was still there waiting for them.
