Today the sun was hiding behind the clouds and we had some powerful northern wind, which made the waves increase through the tour. But our first sighting was inside Pollurin, and in that area the fjord was completely flat. A Minke whale was surfacing quite regularly around us. After a while we ventured in to the wild northern wind to try and fins other Cetaceans, and we did. East of the Green buoy we found 1 Humpback whale which was quite large looking around 14m. But because the waves were increasing we went further West trying to find some more whales in the more sheltered area the South of Hjalteyri was providing. There we found 2 more Humpback Whales And of course the day was filled with the presence of endless Harbour Porpoises.
