Whale hello there! Today we sailed once more into a completely flat fjord. Although we had a chilly breeze with us, the temperature today was on the positive side. 1 degree Celsius. But it couldn’t have been any more magical; the cloudless morning gave way to a pink sky and a stunning view. But of course, what we were looking for were some whales. And they were waiting for us. A group of 3 Humpback whales was the first thing we spotted by DTK. But shortly after, we spotted yet another group of 3 Humpback whales by Skjaldavík. We had our swwe time with all of these beautiful individuals separated on 2 groups, until they started drifting towards each other, and we ended up next to a group of 5 Humpback whales (one of them drifted away by itself).
