We woke up to an amazing winter wonderland landscape once more. Although today we had a dramatic drop of the temperatures -6 degrees we also had a fairly flat fjord. But the cold wind from the north was not enough to stop us. We sailed towards Hjalteyri where we encountered a sea of Humpback whales feeding. It is difficult to say exactly how many there were, but at least we managed to capture 9 Humpback whale flukes. Even though potentially there were more than that.
