Singles day in the fjord turned out to be a gorgeous if freezing cold day. Under a clear sky we sailed out and found two humpback whales scattered between the geothermal vent and Hauganes. They were both busy feeding and showed their flukes on a regular basis. The setting sun made for stunning light conditions and lovely pictures were guaranteed. Still, the cold made us appreciate the hot drinks we serve onboard very much. We are sailing from Akureyri every day in November. Come and join us!
