Wednesday greeted us with rainbows and impressive waves at the end of the Fjord, the further we went the swell on the sea was rising and other boats were simply disappearing from the horizon behind the waves! It didn’t bother the whales at all - we found at least 3 Humpback whales today and we were able to admire them on all our tours. At least one individual was our regular visitor this summer and we called him Depill, which means dot in Icelandic and the name comes from the amount of dots he has on his fluke. We were able to get very close with him on our Express tour today. The other two were not identified yet, one will be definitely not easy to recognize as he didn’t show the fluke at all but the tail is of course not the only way to identify them so we will keep you updated!

Departures today: Classic 09:00 & 13:00, Express 10:00
