The day started with cloudy skies and a fairly flat fjord. Our first sighting was a Minke whale by the green buoy, but since it was a rather small individual it was quite sneaky. So we left it behind in search of different animals. By Rauðavík we found the breakfast buffet. Since there were 3 humpback whales feeding. during the afternoon tours we headed back north and there they where again, the humpbacks, in addition to a very large Minke whale. Still in Rauðavík. We got a pretty good sow our engines were off an we were drifting in between the 4 whales.
