Today we had a strong wind from the South pushing us towards the whales. The wind made the fjord quite choppy and pushed some clouds towards us. However, nothing can put down our mood when we find our lovely wales. Today, in the area of SE Hrísey, we found 5 Humpback whales. But since another boat was in the area, they stayed with two of the whales, and we went to meet 3 Humpback whales who were feeding nonstop. One of them was our Rydikins, still here and making new friends. Since the food was rather close to the surface, the whales were constantly surfacing during their feeding frenzy.
