Just like what we experienced yesterday, today was an incredible day for whale watching. The fjord was very calm, and there was hardly any wind throughout the day.

On all our tours, we encountered the same wonderful sight: ten Humpback whales feeding between the green buoy and Hjalteyri. They were displaying the typical behavior we often observe in the fjord, taking several breaths at the surface before diving deep and showing their tails. It was truly amazing! We saw many tail flukes and could even notice the unique differences between each one. Some familiar whales made an appearance too, Bob, Dizzy, and Lenka, which made the experience even more special.

We hope to see them again tomorrow, but as always, nature is wild and unpredictable.
