Today we sailed out from a cloudy Akureyri in to the Fjörð. Todey Braella (the storm) it started to go down so we sailed through the waves like true Vikings in search of the whales. And guess what our local celebrity Disy the Humpback whale is back; and she gave us a great tour. Disy is one of the few Humpback whales we know it is a female, her gender was identified last year in one of our tours. Today we found Disy just passed the green bouy and she was having a feast. do to the waves we counldin’t see the actual feeding so much, however, we must have had some food around because she was constantly surfaceing around our boat, Hólmasol.
