Another wonderful day with a perfect weather. We sailed out excited about yesterday’s news and aimed again towards Hrisey Island. There was no wind and again we’ve got to sail in calm seas all the way through the fjord. We're becoming experts in crashing through the ice, but still we can’t wait for it to be gone:-) Today we had amazing show from Harbour porpoises, several times throughout the tour we spotted a small pod of them, once they even came up right next to us! This species tends to be shy around the boats and it’s very hard to have a close encounter with them so it was a very special moment for us. We passed by lots of birdlife, Northern Fulmars, Common Loons, Black Guillemots and Long-tailed ducks were keeping us company throughout the whole tour but no whales were spotted today. We gave out complimentary tickets and invited everyone to join us again.
