A beautiful tour today! We started the day in Akureyri with clear sky, bright sun and fjord being flat as a mirror. It was a pleasure to sail in this conditions. We found 2 Minke whales and 3 Humpback whales around Hrisey and on the way we passed lots of birdlife on the way. Minke whales we found south- east of Hrisey, Humpbacks a little further, travelling separately and most of the time keeping the distance between each other, slowly heading towards north. At the end of the tour two of them paired up and head out north diving together almost at the same time. Amazing view, we can’t wait to go out there tomorrow!
