Wow! What a Beautiful day! The sun was shining, the fjord was flat and there were whales in abundance. Just south of Hrisey at least 3 different humpbacks were entertaining us with their wonderful behaviours, they surfaced many times all the way around the boat and going for brilliant dives bringing up their wonderful tail flukes as they did so. As the fjord was mirror flat, the whales could be spotted from very far away, allowing us to enjoy them for much longer. A delightful day to sail.
