Today we would definitely call our tour ‘ Extreme Whale Watching’ as the weather conditions were not spoiling us during whole trip. The sea was rough and getting rougher, neither spotting or following animals seemed easy but we’ve got to see at least 7 individuals of Humpback Whales!! We sailed out from Akureyri, a little further out North than the green buoy and at first we spotted a blow that belonged to Iskona. We had two amazing encounter with this whale and have seen few more of our known visitors. We spotted not only Iskona, but Arteha Frankfin, Depill, Captain Underpants, Our lazy fluking teenager whale were around together with at least two more individuals which we were unable to recognize with encounters we had today. Hopefully we’ll find them again tomorrow! The weather forecast also looks much better - no wind and flat sea, we can’t wait!

Departures today: Classic 13:00
