After the strong winds from yesterday, today we have been able to sail out again in Eyjafjörður. And it has not been disappointing at all. On all of our tours we have encountered 3 different Humpback Whales, all of them before arriving to Hjalteyri. We could only identify our beloved Iskona (our Ice Woman) together with another whale who does not have a name yet… Maybe we should call it Ice Man?

On the way back from our afternoon tour we were lucky to see a Minke Whale surfacing very close from our boat. It has been very nice to see these two different species of whale.

Departures today: Classic 9h and 13h; Express 10h
