Today in the morning we woke up with the sun shining and no wind at all so we had a very pleasant trip until Hauganes, where we found a humpback whale feeding all the time, allowing us to have very good encounters. In the afternoon it started raining, but it did not stop us finding two humpback whales more or less in the same area. It looked like this two whales were sleeping, since they were very quiet and relaxed, spending long times on the surface. Did you know that whales sleep by switching off half of the brain, while the other half is awake so they can breathe? Come with us and learn more interesting facts about whales!
