Today we sailed out the fjord on a beautiful day. The sun came up for a while and casted a beautiful sunlight on the mountains showing Eyjafjörður in all it‘s glory. We sailed out quite far and close to Hrísey we encountered two humpback whales close to the boat. They were active and coming up regularly. These amazing individuals are humpbacks that we know quite well and we have named then Lopapeysa and Pepper. Such a lovely encounter we had today with these two individuals and yet another pleasant day here in our fjord.
