The day started with an amazing weather and perfect sea conditions. The wind picked up a lot in the afternoon but disappeared again in the evening as we enjoyed a beautiful sunset. The whales were of course here to brighten up the day and more than ten humpback whales were feeding in the area South of Hjalteyri. Some of them were regular such as Tequila Blanca, some were new like a couple of excited whales which were slapping the surface of the water with their tails. But the biggest surprise of the day was to meet again Vivian, an individual we hadn't seen in Eyjafjordur for more than two month! Welcome back Vivian!
