Whale Watching Akureyri has two fundamentally different vessels and thus offering you exceptional variety and tours to choose from - a family friendly big boat tours or high powered 12 seater RIB's.

CLASSIC WHALE WATCHING BOATS

We choose on which boat we will operate the tour prioritizing the comfort and safety of our passengers. It depends on the number of bookings, sea conditions and the weather conditions on the day.

EXPRESS WHALE WATCHING BOATS

Our specially made RIB boats allow you to get closer to the whales and wildlife than any other boat can offer. The RIBs and small and fast boats that get you to the viewing area quickly and cover a big area as we search for the wildlife. This means a bigger chance of spotting whales, dolphins and bird life with out disturbing them in their natural habitat.

We choose the boats prioritizing safety and comfort of our passengers depending on the weather conditions and amount of bookings.
