Perfect conditions awaited us today because summer has arrived in Eyjafjördur!! So we sailed out on four tours with only a little wind and sun in our faces. The whales had moved quite far out so that we had to sail all the way to Hrisey to find our lovely humpback whale Depill. That whale is just so easy going around boats that it is a true joy to enjoy this whale coming up very close and breathing right below the sea surface. In the afternoon we also saw a cute minke whale right out of Svalbardseyri. We are ready for more sun and whales.
