This was a cold day! It was blowing from north so it certainly did not feel summery on the water. On all tours today we had to sail far out on the fjord for sightings. After more than an hour of sailing we got to an area with about 12-13 humpback whales! That is if we also count the blows that we saw in a great distance from the boat! 2 humpbacks were seen that were not in our catalog already so they must be new individuals! When we sailed back to Akureyri we traveled with the wind so it felt much warmer on the outdoor decks.
