The drizzle of the morning soon left place to a sunny summer day over Eyjafjordur today. With nearly no wind and very good sea conditions, sailing the fjord was really enjoyable. And the whales were again here to offer us the best wildlife show we could hope for. Throughout the whole day several humpback whales were feeding in the middle of the fjord and were very active. At the end of the day, once they had enough food and while we were enjoying a nice sunset on our midnight tour, one of them started playing around. After a long set of tail slapping it even breached out of the water! There is no better way to end a day.
